As a member of the Business Solutions team, you will play an important role in how Advanzia collaborates across departments and supports business growth in a fast-changing environment.
You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and IT on requirements and change management, helping to deliver effective, end-to-end banking solutions that improve processes and create real value for our customers.
This opportunity is a full-time CDI contract.
ABOUT THE JOB | Your responsibilities
- Collect, analyse and evaluate various and complex business requirements as part of projects and/ or change initiatives
- Provide end-to-end business solution proposals and recommendations for implementation according to your analysis, including technical solution design aligned with delivery and architecture teams
- Prepare, coordinate and support the implementation phase hand in hand with the delivery team (developers, testers and IT)
- Collaborate closely with projects managers, other internal stakeholders at all hierarchy levels and external partners
- Perform feasibility studies and in-depth assessments for new strategic projects and business initiatives
- Identify and recommend best practices for automation and standardisation to enhance and optimise (business) processes
ABOUT YOU | Your background, skills and personality
- Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or computer science and bring at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong practical knowledge in requirements engineering or product management, combined with expertise in functional solution and process design
- Knowledge of banking/payment platforms, or API-driven processes
- Practical experience working with agile or lean methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban would be an asset
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French, German or other languages is a plus
- Efficiency and simplicity: Ability to design and implement lean, agile processes to create simple and accessible solutions
- Adaptability and flexibility: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, navigating change effectively
- Ownership and accountability: Demonstrates a proactive approach in taking responsibility for tasks/outcomes, with a focus on seeing projects through to completion
- Cross-functional collaboration: Experience in working collaboratively across different teams and departments to foster agility and innovation
