Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the company’s internal compliance framework in line with Luxembourg regulatory requirements.
- Support in the performance of client onboarding (KYC/AML) procedures, including risk assessments, due diligence reviews, and ongoing monitoring.
- Contribute to the review and update of compliance policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance registers and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist with regulatory reporting and internal compliance controls.
- Support the Compliance Officer(s) in preparing reports to management or regulatory bodies.
- Participate in internal training sessions and contribute to a culture of compliance awareness across departments.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in Law, ideally with a focus on Compliance, Financial Law, or related field.
- First experience (internship or professional) in compliance, legal, or financial services is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and French is required (written and spoken); additional languages are considered an asset.
- Strong sense of ethics, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
