The Corporate Finance Intern plays a key supporting role within the finance department, contributing to the company’s financial operations, analysis, and strategic decision‑making. This internship is designed to offer a comprehensive and immersive learning experience, giving the intern exposure to how financial insights guide corporate performance, resource allocation, and long‑term planning.
Working alongside experienced finance professionals, the intern will participate in core processes such as financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow monitoring, and performance analysis. They will help ensure the integrity of financial data, support the preparation of management presentations, and gain firsthand understanding of how financial information influences decisions at both operational and executive levels.
The role offers a unique opportunity to develop strong analytical, technical, and communication skills while observing the financial workings of a growing organization from the inside. By collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Operations, the intern will build a practical understanding of how finance interacts with the broader business.

1. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with financial reporting by preparing data, updating spreadsheets, and contributing to management presentations.
- Perform financial analysis, including variance, trend, and ratio analysis, to support performance monitoring.
- Reconcile key accounts such as AP/AR, bank statements, and general ledger entries to ensure data accuracy.
- Help maintain financial records, documentation, and audit‑ready files for internal and external reviews.
- Provide general administrative, analytical, and ad‑hoc project support to ensure smooth financial operations.
2. Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities; solid understanding of basic accounting principles; proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and comfortable with financial software/tools.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and reliability
- Able to interpret financial data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; any additional language is a strong plus, especially French and/or German
- Curious, proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to gain hands‑on exposure to corporate finance.
- Maintains confidentiality, demonstrates integrity, and respects internal processes and controls.
