Your responsibilities will be:

• Advising and managing your client portfolio regarding their corporate and financial transactions (Migration, M&A, Joint Venture, Coporate restructuring, ...).
• Drafting contracts and documents related to the transactions you are working on
• Ensuring a quality follow-up to your clients
• Monitor the various corporate and financial matters and carry out the relevant research
• Ensure effective collaboration with team members

Profile:

• Have you been a list 1 or 4 lawyer for at least two years?
• You have practised in Luxembourg law firms for more than two years in the areas mentioned?
• You can speak and work in French and English, any other language would be an asset?
• You like challenges and are ambitious?
• You can work independently as well as in a team?
