A prestigious multicultural Family Office based in Luxembourg is looking to hire an experienced SPV / Holdings Accountant to join its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional who wants to move into a stable, human-sized, and international environment.
Your responsabilities :
In this role, you will take ownership of the accounting and financial monitoring of a portfolio of SPV and holding structures. Your main duties will include:

Managing day-to-day accounting activities for SPVs and holdings

Preparing financial statements under Lux GAAP

Working efficiently with BOB 50 and CaseWare

Handling annual audits and liaising with auditors, banks, and external providers

Overseeing periodic reporting, reconciliations, and annual closings

Supporting process improvements and contributing to internal projects

Ensuring smooth communication within a diverse, international team
Your profile :
-
Proven experience with SPV / Holdings structures in Luxembourg

Background in a service provider is strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP

Proficient with BOB 50 and CaseWare

Ability to integrate quickly and work autonomously

Fluent in English (any additional language is a plus)

Detail-oriented, reliable, and well-organized
