We are seeking a motivated Junior Lawyer to join our multi-jurisdictional team. You will work alongside world-class legal experts to deliver high-end solutions for prestigious international clients within a dynamic and collaborative global network.
Your missions
- Drafting & Negotiation: Prepare, review, and negotiate legal documentation for financial transactions.
- Regulatory Advisory: Provide strategic legal counsel on a wide spectrum of national and international financial regulations.
- Structured Finance: Support clients on high-stakes, multi-party structured finance deals across various jurisdictions.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact for leading financial institutions and collaborate with international colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Your Profile :
- Qualifications: European-qualified lawyer (or nearing qualification) with 0–2 years of experience and a distinguished academic record.
- Languages: Native or professional fluency in German and English is mandatory. Proficiency in French or other European languages is considered a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: Sharp analytical mind with excellent legal drafting and communication skills.
- Mindset: A proactive team player who is solution-oriented and capable of managing tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
