Fonction :
As ERP Application Technician, your responsibilities are :
- Server and hardware set up, and configuration of our ERP software accordint to customers' requirements;
- Travel to our customers’ facilities to provide training and support during system startup.
Profil :
- Bachelor degree (Bac+2/3) in Computer Sciences or Engineering;
- Fluent in English and German. Any other language is an asset (French or Spanish);
- Experience in a similar position, with an ERP software;
- Knowledge of Industry Manufacturing process is an asset;
- Strong orientation to serve our clients;
- Great listening and communication skills;
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SSRS;
- Willing to travel for short periods of time in Europe (25% max);
- Detail orientated, ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects
