RESPONSIBILITIES
- Defines business requirements / technical specifications / user stories, interacts with IT development teams for their clarification, prioritization, implementation and testing
- Contributes to the definition of products’ features and functionalities
- Contributes to the refinement of products’ vision and roadmaps
- Monitors the competition and the market, identifying unexpected changes, successes or failures, innovations and gaps
- Improves processes and best practices within the function
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience in product roles.
- 2–3 years in product management or product development, ideally in digital financial services (e.g., payments, acquiring, issuing, open banking, banking‑as‑a‑service). Adjacent experience in regulated digital products is also valued.
- Demonstrated understanding of digital product life cycle (discovery → delivery), business models, ecosystems/partners, and an ability to translate customer needs into measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical/problem‑solving skills; comfortable using data and metrics to inform decisions and drive process improvement.
- Excellent prioritization/organization across roadmaps, backlogs, and stakeholders.
- FinTech readiness: autonomous, entrepreneurial, comfortable in regulated and fast‑moving environments.
- Near-native proficiency in English and French (other languages are also considered as an asset)
