Job Content
- Degree in telecommunications, knowledge of radio network planning & optimization in telecom;
- At least 5 years’ experience in Radio Network planning & optimization;
- Strong experience in Nokia SRAN and 5G networks;
- Detailed knowledge of Nokia BSC, CBAM, NACDM are an add on;
- Excellent understanding of KPI/KQI definitions and calculation methods;
- Good knowledge at mobile system architecture, radio interface, protocols and signalling. System parameters in the main technologies (NR & LTE);
- Good understanding of 5G SA and NSA architecture, Core and transmission network;
- Execution and analysis of drive tests, troubleshooting related to accessibility, retainability, mobility and load balancing in 4G & 5G network.
Profile
- Fluent language skills in English, French or German language skills are strong advantages;
- Radio planning and optimization tools (for example: Atoll, Netact, Polystar, Nemo etc);
- Indoor DAS planning and small cells solutions;
- Strong communication, good support of customers and sales department;
- Driving license;
- Passionate motivated and committed, flexible and excellent team player.
