We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager for our International law firm (hybrid working model)


Your Mission:

You will be part of our Marketing team in Luxembourg. Reporting to the Deputy Managing Partner, you will work closely with all the Partners with the ultimate objective to grow business.


Business Intelligence

  • conduct strategic market analysis to provide consistent market information and capture business development opportunities
  • identify pertinent market trends and opportunities, favourable prospects and potential cross-selling opportunities
  • proactively propose business development actions to the Partners


BD coordination

  • coordinate and implement business development initiatives across the different Practices of the firm and the PwC Network
  • support the Partners in their Business Plan implementation
  • build and strengthen relationships with key contacts throughout the market of legal services and the PwC network


Firm's visibility

  • propose and implement integrated campaigns to invigorate our brand and reputation locally, internationally and inside the PwC Network
  • develop and execute our communication strategy and manage relationships with the media (press, social media...) including content creation to seek out the most appropriate press coverage and raise our profile in key markets

The candidate should:

  • be able to leverage on a previous experience (min. 5 years) in a professional services environment ideally in legal services in Benelux or France.
  • have an economical or business school academic background or a law degree with a relevant experience in a business development role or with a major in Sales & Marketing
  • be eager to be part of a dynamic growing business, be able to adapt easily, be excellent at collaborating transversally while demonstrating strong influence skills
  • have an analytical and synthetic mind, you are curious, you like to work with data and handle researches and conduct deep analysis
  • energetic and proactive, you are target and results driven with a strong commercial awareness
