Mission

For one of our clients located in Luxembourg Kirchberg, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for several:

Cash Flow ManagementAdministrative and Operational Assistant - (M/F)

Responsibilities:


• Input Data coming from various sources in the systems used;


• Assist the Officers in the preparation work of cash operations (provide data in a timely manner, flag potential critical situation of counterparties, …);


• Manage the administrative aspects of cash operations, such as storing / organising the documents;


• Participate to the implementation of new procedures.

S/he will have internal contacts with internal services and daily interaction with other members of the team.


S/he will also have external contacts with Financial intermediaries, mandators, Auditors and other relevant external counterparties, as applicable.

Profil

Qualifications:

• Certified secondary level education;

• Good understanding of financial products (equity, guarantees, loans) in assigned domain of responsibilities;

• Basic knowledge of legal documentation (interpretation of financial and legal documentation);

• Excellent numerical skills;

• Knowledge of financial analysis and/ or standard audit methodology would be an advantage;

• Proficiency in standard IT applications;

• Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written. Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage.

• Ability to work within tight deadlines, to react swiftly and effectively to new situations in a client-focused and high quality service environment;


• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize;

• Analysis and problem solving;


• Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with internal and external clients;


• Good oral and written communication;

Opportunity for a 2-month initial contract with extension till end of the year. Salary between 3300 and 3500€, depending on experience
