Career change HR to marketing

Hello everyone! In the past few weeks I've done a lot of reflecting and realised that my current job and the career field I'm in doesn't work at all for me. At the moment I'm working in HR, but I would love to do more in marketing/ communications. I have a degree with a HR and marketing focus, but that was 10 years ago and I've no professional experience in marketing. Does anyone have any ideas (classes, people, conferences etc.) how I could manage this change in my career? Thanks so much in advance! All the best, Laura.
