ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to strengthen our infrastructure and cloud security capabilities directly within client delivery projects.
This role combines classic infrastructure expertise with hands-on AWS cloud operations and modern DevSecOps practices to help build, deploy, and secure scalable IT platforms.
THE WORK:
- Design, operate, and secure both on-premise and cloud infrastructure environments.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated security controls.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
- Support containerized workloads and orchestrated environments (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift).
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to embed security across the full delivery lifecycle (DevSecOps & Secure SDLC).
- Monitor systems and applications, handle alerts, and contribute to incident resolution.
- Improve deployment processes through automation and standardization.
- Contribute to system hardening, vulnerability management, and compliance best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Strong experience with classic IT infrastructure: servers, networking, virtualization platforms, system administration.
- Hands-on AWS cloud expertise, including compute, networking, security, and monitoring services.
- Proven knowledge of DevSecOps practices and tools, integrating security into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Solid Linux skills and scripting experience (Bash, Python or similar).
- Experience working with Infrastructure as Code tools (Ansible, Terraform).
- Containers and orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift).
- Familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as GitLab, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Basic experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (firewalls, proxies, SSL, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience with database and application servers (Oracle DB, WebLogic, OSB, Kafka).
- Experience with artifact repositories (Nexus, Artifactory).
- Knowledge of secure code analysis tools (SonarQube or similar).
- Relevant cloud or security certifications (AWS, DevOps, DevSecOps).
