At ARHS Group, part of Accenture, we are strengthening our architecture expertise and are looking for an experienced IT Java Architect (m/f) to support the delivery of complex enterprise systems onsite in Luxembourg. This role combines strategic architecture ownership with hands-on technical leadership, contributing directly to the design and success of large-scale platforms within a collaborative delivery environment.
THE WORK:
- Define and design end-to-end solution architectures for Java and web-based applications.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical architectures and implementation blueprints.
- Guide development teams on architecture best practices, design patterns, and technology selection.
- Maintain hands-on involvement in development activities when needed, leading by example.
- Optimize application architectures to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Review technical designs and code to enforce architectural standards and quality practices.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, security specialists, and operations to ensure alignment across solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes and technical standards.
- Contribute to architecture documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Java development, with proven background in architectural design or technical leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in Java (Spring ecosystem) and web technologies such as Angular.
- Experience delivering solutions in cloud environments and enterprise-scale systems.
- Solid knowledge of SCRUM and Agile project delivery practices.
- Natural leadership skills with experience mentoring development teams and guiding design decisions.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is an asset.
