Main Responsibilities:
Working alongside the Business Analysis team, you will:
- Support daily production activities and help monitor business incidents and requests.
- Assist in the analysis, investigation and follow-up of production issues in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
- Contribute to gathering, documenting and maintaining business requirements, processes and functional specifications.
- Support Business Analysts in preparing project documentation, meeting minutes and reporting materials.
- Help monitor project actions, deliverables and deadlines to ensure proper follow-up.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support defect follow-up.
- Prepare dashboards, status reports and KPI tracking for management and project stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings with business and IT teams and contribute to solution discussions.
- Learn and apply the Business Analysis methodologies, standards and tools used within the Bank (JIRA).
Skills and qualifications Required
- Student currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Project Management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in banking processes, business analysis and production support activities.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a strong team spirit.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working with data and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
