MIS Data Analyst (M/F) - Fixed-term contract

Your next challenge:

The MIS Data Analyst work closely with finance analysts, controllers, and fellow data analysts to support both operational and strategic initiatives.

You will:

• Monitor and follow up on daily and monthly data flow executions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
  
• Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of Finance's golden sources of data used for reporting and analysis.
  
• Support Controlling and Financial Analysts in their day-to-day activities by providing reliable data, insights, and analytical support.
  
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business stakeholders.
  
• Design and build data flows, data models, and reporting solutions as part of the continuous improvement and automation of finance processes.
  
• Investigate data quality issues and participate in root cause analysis and remediation activities.
  
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytical solutions.
  
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reliability, and automation across the Finance function.

Your skills:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a Data Analyst, MIS Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
  
• Experience working in a Finance, Banking, or Financial Services environment is highly desirable.
  
• Fluency in both English and French is mandatory - any other language will be a plus
• Strong junior candidates with relevant technical and analytical skills will also be considered.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, and report design.
  
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries independently.
  
• Solid understanding of database concepts and data structures.
  
• Ability to design and troubleshoot data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
  
• Experience with other Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Qlik, Business Objects, Cognos, etc.) is considered an advantage.
• Good understanding of finance and financial data.
  
• Familiarity with management controlling, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or performance management processes is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
