Your next challenge:
The process analyst role includes the definition of target customer experiences and related journeys and the documentation and maintenance of business processes.
- Conduct impact analyses on new project ideas, analyze existing processes, define target processes, and work to test/implement and improve processes.
- In concerted collaboration with the key bank decision-makers, you will analyze failures and identify areas for improvement in processes to simplify the experience for clients and employees. In collaboration with technical and business expert teams, initiate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions to improve processes.
- Ensure the integrity and the quality of the Processes and Rules referential, in accordance with the 2nd and 3rd Line of Defense representatives and regulator expectations
Your skills:
- Vision to align process improvement initiatives with the overall strategic goals of the organization
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean or others
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Domain of expertise:
- Process and Project Management, Business Transformation, Change Management, Financial industry, Banking Regulations
Education (orientation):
- Business and Management
Education (required level):
- Master's degree
Languages:
- Mandatory languages : French and English. Any other language is an asset
Certifications:
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt as a minimum)
Experience (type + number of years):
- Minimum 2 years experience in comparable roles, preferably within the financial sector
