Clerk Tool Crib

Task responsibilities: 

• Responsible for ensuring efficient Tool Crib operations by maintaining the availability, serviceability, calibration, repair, and inventory control of tools and equipment supporting aircraft maintenance activities. 
• Coordinates tool and equipment requirements with Purchasing and other stakeholders, supports daily operational needs, and monitors outstation tool requirements.
• Assists with calibration, preventive maintenance programs, FAK management, and other shop activities while ensuring tools remain in safe and operational condition.
• Ensures compliance with Part-145 requirements, engineering recommendations, and manufacturer instructions. 
• Maintains accurate records and technical documentation, supports effective communication within the team, and promotes a safe working environment through risk awareness, 5S standards, proper storage practices, and the use of personal protective equipment.

Essential Requirements:

• Secondary technical education, accomplished apprenticeship in a technical field or equivalent
• 1-3 years experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
• Be customer focused and have a co-operative attitude
• Have good communication skills and able to work with a team
• Have the ability to work alone and to show good initiative
• Fluency in written and spoken English,  any other language would be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, permanent position based in Luxembourg
• Flexibility may be needed with working hours
• A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
