Maintenance & Engineering Contracts
Full lifecycle management of Maintenance & Engineering contracts, including:
- Identification, issuance, execution, evaluation, and award recommendations for all Material Management–related tenders
- Administration of M&E technical contracts
- Close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure operational continuity and cost efficiency
Typical contract scopes include:
- Acquisition of high-value assets, such as aero engines
- Aircraft base maintenance services
- Aircraft modifications
- Components maintenance agreements
Maintenance Sales
You will participate to maintenance-related commercial activities and actively support business growth by:
- Developing and managing a customer portfolio aligned with the M&E division strategy
- Coordinating customer activities and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing
- Participating to negotiations for maintenance-related commercial agreements
Typical sales activities include:
- Components pooling agreements
- Aircraft and component maintenance contracts
- Customer relationship management
- Coordination and monitoring of maintenance sales activities

Essential Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or in any other related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience within a procurement function and areas such as sourcing and vendor management. Experience in Maintenance & Engineering would be considered as an advantage.
- A previous experience in high-value contract negotiation, procurement techniques, and best practices is preferred.
- A previous experience with AMOS would be considered as an advantage.
- Ability to balance operational urgency with long-term strategy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Dealing effectively with complexity and having good problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
- Internally this position is called: Specialist M&E Contracts & Maintenance Sales
- Permanent, full-time position based in our Cargolux Maintenance Center in Luxembourg.
- The position demands a regular presence in the office and requires vacation and other absences to be planned to avoid conflicting with service needs.
- Flexibility is needed with working hours.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
