Technician (Senior) Sheet Metal Shop

Task Responsibilities

• Perform sheet metal repairs on aircraft and aircraft components 
• Fabricate repair parts by cutting, folding, rolling, stretching and heat treatment
• Perform all administrative steps of the job (e.g. work cards sign off, parts booking, time recording)
• Operate shop equipment, according to his/her approval
• The position holder needs to achieve and maintain good computer knowledge
• Reports unsafe or hazardous conditions to the supervisor verbal and written

Essential Requirements

• Minimum CATP/ DAP or equivalent
• Minimum seven years' experience in aircraft maintenance or sheet metal working trade 
• Good understanding of schematics. drawings, manuals, and working procedures
• Mature attitude, ability to work independently
• Good computer knowledge: MS Office
• English written and spoken

Working Conditions

• full time position, based in Luxembourg
• shift work as per the shop working schedule 
• A certificate of good Conduct will be required in case of positive selection
• The successful candidate will have to obtain a valid medical fitness certificate for the job issued by the Company doctor prior to the start of the employment.
• The positions qualify as safety-sensitive personnel as per EU Regulation 965/2012. The successful candidate will have to be tested for psychoactive substances prior to the start of the employment.
