Join our dynamic European HR team and contribute to impactful change management initiatives across our organization! We’re looking for a proactive, curious, and motivated student who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow in the field of international HR and change management.
Your Role – What You’ll Learn & Do
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and international affiliates to align and support organizational initiatives.
- Project & Change Support: Assist the Change Manager in driving ongoing change initiatives and fostering effective communication across stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Organize meetings, manage calendars, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and visual materials.
- HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR processes in an international context.
- Internal Communication: Co-create and design content for our monthly HR newsletter.
Your Profile
- Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field—ideally with a focus on Human Resources
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- High level of initiative, reliability, and analytical thinking
- Passion for organizational development and change management
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
START DATE: As soon as possible
DURATION: ideally 6 months
