To support our current growth, we are looking for a
HR Administrator – German Speaking (m/f/d)
Erpeldange – sur -sûre
The HR Administrator provides essential administrative support to the HR department, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality across all employee-related processes. This role contributes to a smooth employee experience by managing HR documentation, supporting recruitment and training activities, and maintaining up‑to‑date HR systems.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and distribute incoming HR-related postal mail
- Prepare employment contracts, certificates, and various HR documents
- Maintain digital and paper employee files through accurate scanning and filing
- Coordinate recruitment interviews, including scheduling invitations, and room bookings
- Organize and support training sessions and related logistics
- Send rejection responses to candidates in a timely and professional manner
- Adjust time balances in the time management system (DSK) when required
- Update HR systems with accurate and current employee data
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar support function is an asset
- Familiarity with HR processes, employee lifecycle administration, and HR documentation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Proficiency with HR information systems and MS Office tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment and provide reliable support to HR Business Partners
