Customs Administration Specialist (m/w/d)

HEINTZ VAN LANDEWYCK s.à r.l. specializes in the production and distribution of 40 tobacco brands in more than 35 markets. Our company, including its other subsidiaries, employs more than 1600 people in Europe, of which more than 600 are in Luxembourg. The other activities extend to the wholesale and distribution of consumer goods, as well as the printing and IT sectors.
Join the dynamic team of our customs department, which currently consists of three people and works in a familiar and friendly atmosphere.
Your tasks:
- Managing tax stamps processes (purchasing, transport, monitoring, entry and exit, ...)
- Coordination of customs activities (outsourcing, transfers, master data maintenance in SAP, disposals, ...)
- Document creation concerning tax stamps
- Inventories and securing of tax stamp stocks on a global level
Your profile:
- You have completed a traineeship or at least 3 years of experience (preferably in logistics)
- You have a responsible, strict and structured way of working, as well as good manners in the team
- You have a high degree of flexibility and take proactively on responsibility
- You have good knowledge and experience with common MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, ...), as well as preferred SAP knowledge
- You are proficient in at least two of the three languages (French, German and English), both written and spoken (knowledge of Luxembourgish is an advantage)
