We are looking for a Backup Engineer (m/f) for one of our clients based in Luxembourg.
Your responsibilities
- Management of data protection and business continuity solutions (BCP, DRP).
- Management of the backup and support platform.
- Monitoring and daily exploitation of backup reports.
- Control of data protection infrastructures (Internal and SaaS clients).
- Management of daily customer tickets (incidents, requests).
- Participation in integration or migration projects.
- Support to the sales department.
- Writing of documentation and procedures.
- Management of reports and KPIs.
Your profile
- You have an IT degree and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- You have a solid knowledge of IT related fields such as: Windows Server, Microsoft technologies, storage, virtualization, backup systems, Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Knowledge of the following tools is a plus: Evault, Carbonite, OpenText, Cohesity or any data protection software.
- You are fluent in French and you also have a good English level.
