Commercial Project Manager

Our client is a leading international technology-driven company supporting logistics and operational excellence across Europe. As part of its continued growth, the company is looking for a Commercial Project Manager to join its European team based in Luxembourg - Kirchberg

This role combines project management, commercial relationship management, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced, international environment.

Your Responsabilities:

• Manage the rollout of strategic projects across multiple European countries.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support the launch of new operational sites and the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the main commercial contact for a portfolio of existing business partners.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable plans for internal teams.
• Support tender processes and commercial proposals.
• Prepare, negotiate and follow up on commercial agreements with external partners.
• Coordinate internal approval processes and contract execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and drive corrective actions when required.
• Organize regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure operational, contractual and regulatory compliance throughout project execution.
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, commercial management or account management.
• Experience managing international or cross-functional projects.
• Strong contract negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with technology-based products or solutions (no software development background required).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with project management tools such
