Our client, a Investment bank based in Luxembourg is looking for its future Chief Executive/Deputy Chief Executive - Marketing and Communications Officer.


The Marketing Division is currently looking for a temporary candidate with proven experience in copywriting, content creation, including development of PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks, as well as in project management and events. The candidate may be requested to work transversally across the different competence areas within the Division.

Responsibilities:


  • In cooperation with your colleagues, you will work on
  • Preparing and writing marketing content, including pitches and presentations, developing straplines, and copywriting for awareness and fundraising purposes;
  • Supporting the planning and execution of events from A (creative concept stage) to Z (final delivery and success measurement);
  •  Supporting the planning and execution of thematic projects and campaigns, as well as conducting relevant market and internal research;
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, as well as external service providers
  • Supporting the drafting of procurement documentation linked to any goods or services sourced outside of the organisation.

Your Profile:


  • A minimum of five years of professional experience in similar role(s) and performing similar tasks.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
  • Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage;
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel is required;
  • Familiarity with event organisation and project management platforms such as Swoogo, Cvent and Monday.com is considered a plus.
