Our client, a global company located in Kirchberg, is looking for a Marketing Customer References Manager to start ASAP. This organization places customer storytelling at the core of its marketing strategy, leveraging strong client endorsements to highlight innovation in cloud and AI. The role consists of identifying and shaping high-impact customer narratives aligned with strategic priorities, ensuring consistent, high-quality references that drive business value. This job offer is a temporary position in order to cover a maternity leave.

Your Responsibilities :
- Work backwards from key strategic narratives to proactively identify customers whose stories align with priorities such as AI innovation, cloud transformation, and industry leadership.
- Develop and maintain storytelling frameworks to assess strategic relevance, business impact, technical innovation, and the ability to create high-impact “wow” moments.
- Build and manage a portfolio of customer stories that showcase leadership in AI and cloud innovation.
- Shape compelling customer stories that serve as strong proof points for both marketing and sales teams.
- Identify and craft narratives that resonate with target audiences and support broader strategic marketing initiatives.
- Ensure these stories contribute to accelerating cloud and AI adoption across global customers.
- Monitor the performance and impact of customer stories, continuously refining the strategy to maximize effectiveness.
Your Profile :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum 7 years) in marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, strategic account management, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is required, with French or German as a strong advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at executive level.
- Proven ability to identify and develop compelling, authentic customer narratives.
- Experience within B2B technology, cloud computing, or AI environments is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the role customer references play in accelerating deals.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation approaches and strategic portfolio management.
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
