We are looking for a Senior Public Procurement Officer for our client based in Luxembourg for a first assignment of 7 months.

Your responsabilities :
- Manage and develop supplier relationships.
- Analyse and optimise procurement processes.
- Oversee provider performance, both operational and contractual.
- Contribute to the selection and implementation of performance management tools.
- Review and ensure the quality of Assignment Terms of Reference (ATORs), used as requests for quotations under existing Framework Agreements.
- Coordinate and monitor Call-Off procedures, including document management, timeline tracking, and official communication with suppliers.
- Ensure strict compliance with procurement policies, contractual terms and conditions, and all applicable internal regulations.
Your profile :
- Proven experience in procurement, contract management, or related functions, ideally within a structured or international environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of public procurement principles and procedures.
- Fluency in English (C1 level required); additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Supplier performance management experience.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems is an advantage.
