Manpower is recruiting an Industrial Facilities Technician (M/F/X) for one of our industrial clients in Echternach to support the Facilities team on a short-term basis.
Manpower is recruiting an Industrial Facilities Technician (M/F/X) for one of our industrial clients in Echternach to support the Facilities team on a short-term basis.
Main responsibilities :
Perform regular site inspections, identify building maintenance needs and issue weekly inspection reports.
Handle daily FM tasks: minor repairs, general building upkeep, outdoor/grounds maintenance.
Support internal setups: office moves, meeting room preparation, small refurbishment tasks.
Respond promptly to facility issues and emergencies to minimize downtime.
Coordinate external contractors for specialized works.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards on site.
Your profil:
- Tehnical qualification (vocational diploma or equivalent).
1+ year experience in building/facilities maintenance (industrial environment is a plus).
Strong communication and customer-service mindset; team player.
Organized, attentive to detail, problem-solving attitude.
Solid awareness of health & safety at work.
Fluent in English.
Assets: forklift license, certifications for gardening tools (brush cutter, lawn mower).
Comfortable with Microsoft Office / M365.
