Mandate Origination & Relationship Management Officer (M/F/X)

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the development and launch of large-scale European investment initiatives.


• Contribute to the monitoring and deployment of venture capital and growth financing programmes.


• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, policymakers and institutional partners.


• Coordinate activities with various internal departments.


• Prepare presentations, briefing notes and governance documentation.


• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documentation and support related negotiations.


• Conduct market research, financial analysis and strategic assessments.


• Monitor programme performance and prepare reporting materials.

Your Profile.

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Law or a related field.


• 3 to 6 years of professional experience within the financial sector.


• Experience in venture capital, private equity, investment management or banking is highly desirable.


• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.


• Ability to understand and work with legal and contractual documentation.


• Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Excellent English language skills; additional European languages are considered an asset.
