Communication Officer - Internship (F/M/X)

Type of contract: Work-study contract or internship

Starting date: September 2022

Duration: 6 months minimum

Your role will consist of supporting the Communication Manager with the promotion of job offers and events on our different communication channels.

Main missions:

• Community Management: creating and publishing content for Moovijob (on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok), replying to messages and comments;
• Writing articles on various topics: career and job search, human resources, events, professions and companies, Luxembourg's news...
• Event organization: providing support for the communication and organization of Moovijob's recruiting events;
• Press relations: providing support for PR management and press release editing;
• Emailing campaigns: providing support for the creation of emailings and newsletters;
• Job offers promotion: working together with the Sourcing Team to boost job offers results;
• KPI monitoring: study of the different KPI's in order to improve the returns on our actions. 

Your profile:

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or a Master in Marketing/Communication or equivalent;
• You are creative, dynamic, proactive and you have a communicative personality;
• You show flexibility and quality awareness in your work. You are a team player but you also know how to work independently;
• You can speak and write English or German fluently, in addition to French.
