To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Junior Service Desk agent (M/W/X) speaking French, English, German and Luxembourgish.
Your main responsibilities:
- Mainly in the financial field, you will have to adapt yourself to different situations by using your experience, your knowledge but also your colleagues advice
- Involvement in customer projects will also be expected
- More specifically, the following tasks will need to be performed:
- Support on network infrastructure,
- Call handling, tracking, dispatching, and escalation,
- Monitoring critical systems,
- Participation to infrastructure improvement projects
Your profile:
- Either recently graduated in computer science or already experienced in a similar position
- Ideally with an initial exposure to this type of product : Ticketing Tools, MS Windows systems, MS Office (including Outlook), Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint...
- Fluent in Luxembourgish, French, English and German
- Open-mindedness and readiness to work in a multicultural environment
- Strong team spirit and customer orientation
- Very important: given the 24/7 service provided to customers, availability to work nights and weekends is mandatory
- ITIL certification would be a valuable asset - Don’t worry if you’re not certified: we’ll take care of that !
