As a Head of Marketing and Communications you will be responsible for:


  • Definition of media strategy and management of media planning and execution of campaigns:
  • Define the media strategy for the year
  • Define the planning and budget for the communication campaigns
  • Liaise with advertising and media agencies and brief them on the marketing strategy
  • Annually negotiate contracts with advertising and media planning agencies
  • Review the proposals in order to launch the production plan and follow it up
  • Perform operational monitoring of deliverables
  • Perform post-campaign analysis and suggest areas for improvement


  •  Participation in the development of the Branding strategy and its implementation
  • Ensure respect and internal / external alignment on the brand positioning
  • Supervise the monitoring, implementation and animation of the brand positioning of within the different departments (dissemination and application of values)
  • Define together with the Marketing and Product Director the advertising roadmap linked to the brand
  • Define together with the Marketing and Product Director the brand image, identity and advertising creation
  •  Define the communication strategy in order to align the positioning and perception of the brand
  • Participate in re-branding projects


  • Implementation and development of the Advertising strategy
  • Define the creative communication strategy
  • Define and validate campaign briefs (promotional and corporate / branding products)
  • Be the guarantor of the creative cohesion of the brand's communication
  • Validate ATL communication assets (print, TV, radio, web, etc.)


  •  Management of sponsorship events:
  • Define the sponsorship plan and events to support our communication and brand strategy
  • Manage sponsorship contracts and events and ensure the consistency of the company's image
  • Develop opportunities with new partners
  • Manage operations related to sponsorship events


  • Press and public relations management:
  • Define and implement the company's public relations strategy
  • Write press releases, files, articles and responses
  • Develop and maintain a privileged network of journalists
  • Organize press events / conferences


  • Marketing budget management:
  • Manage the marketing budget in collaboration with the other members of the marketing team
  • Create an overview of the department's expenses and suggest ways to optimize the budget


Profile :


  • You have a marketing or communication background
  • You are a marketing and communication manager with 10+ years experience in managing brands, communication campaigns and media strategy ideally in Luxembourg.
  • You know the media and agency market in Luxembourg
  • You have knowledge and are interested in telecom market and its technologies
  • You have experience in managing events
  • You have a proven track record for managing projects and you are able to manage several projects in parallel
  • You are very ‘hands-on’and have a ‘can do’ mentality
  • You have good creativity and entrepreneurship with a customer driven mentality
  • You have a knack for finding strong insights that drive product adoption
  • You are a team player, highly dedicated and accountable
  • Your are proficient in French, English, German and Luxembougish
