POSTE
For one of our clients, a financial institution located in Luxembourg, Sofitex Consulting is currently looking for a:
Experienced Corporate Compliance Officer (M/F)
Dedicated to the 2d line of defense, Experienced Corporate Compliance Officer will be the close assistant of the Head of Legal & Compliance to all matters related to the Compliance of the company.
Liabilities:
- Monitor new regulations related to Support PSF and maintain the Reg Watch Register,
- Draft policies and procedures related to the Governance of the company: CSSF 22/806, DORA, Central Administration and Governance, Risk Management and Internal Controls, Conflicts of Interest Management, Accessibility, Regulatory reporting (CSSF 24/850), GDPR,
- Be the contact person with business lines to give advice related to the implementation of new regulations,
- Assist to the maintenance of the Compliance Risk Assessment and the related Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP) and execute the Compliance Monitoring Plan,
- Ensure different training to all staffs (AML, GDPR, Governance, ...),
- Review 1rst line processes with Business lines to implement appropriate controls and monitor such controls' execution,
- Participate to the oversight of services providers especially critical outsourcing,
- Prepare the committees attached to Compliance (Clients, Providers, Risk Management,...) and draft slides and related minutes,

PROFIL
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an equivalent position into a PSF, ideally a Support PSF,
- French a nd English speaker is mandatory, other language is a welcome,
- Very good knowledge of Luxembourg and EU regulations linked to Support PSF,
- Economic, Financial or Audit background,
- Strong analytical skills,
- Capacity to draft reports and give advice and opinions,
- Risk management and/or Internal Audit skills are an advantage,
- Very good communication skills with staff and top management,
- Very good ability to use office tools (Excel, Jira, Access, ...).
This is a great opportunity to start as a Consultant, and then possibility of permanent contract with our client.
Salary: Depending on experience, between 80 and 90K/annual
