🎯 Your Responsibilities

As a CMM Metrology Engineer, you will be a key player in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our measurement processes. Your main tasks will include:

Managing measurement planning and execution using Coordinate-Measuring Machines (CMM).
Programming and operating CMM machines to perform high-precision inspections and measurements.
Creating detailed CMM reports and conducting statistical analysis to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Training and managing inspection personnel, ensuring best practices in measurement methodologies.
Developing and implementing new measurement processes for future machines and improvements.
Handling internal equipment metrology, including calibration planning, equipment verification, and supplier coordination.
Acting as the gauge administrator, ensuring all measuring instruments are properly maintained and calibrated.



🔎 Your Profile

🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
📏 Technical Skills:
✔ Extensive experience with Coordinate-Measuring Machines (CMM).
✔ Strong expertise in measurement programming, inspection methodologies, and data analysis.
✔ Proficiency in Minitab and statistical tools for data-driven decision-making.
🚗 Experience: Minimum 8 years in the industry, preferably in the automotive sector.
🌍 Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; French or German is a plus.
📊 Preferred Skills:
✔ Knowledge of LEAN methodology and process optimization.
✔ Strong problem-solving abilities using analytical tools.
✔ Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills to drive efficiency and improvements.
