We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Head of Marketing and Brand Strategy to lead the development and execution of our growing multi-faceted hospitality portfolio. This is a critical leadership role, with direct report to the Head of Hotel Development, responsible for building a cohesive yet distinct brand architecture across diverse hotel and residence categories, driving commercial performance, and establishing a dominant national and international market presence.
The successful candidate will be a visionary, hands on leader, a compelling storyteller, and an expert in leveraging digital platforms and data-driven insights to achieve brand and commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Architecture & Vision (Complex Brand Building) :
- Design and implement a cohesive brand architecture that clearly differentiates and unites categories :
- 3*/4* Business Hotels ;
- Serviced Apartments ;
- 5* Luxury Hotels & Residences (with a core wellness focus).
- Define the unique value proposition, tone of voice, visual identity, and guest experience for each brand segment.
- Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all guest touchpoints, both physical and digital.
2. Global Positioning & Commercial Strategy :
- Develop and execute strategic positioning plans to maximize visibility and revenue in the Luxembourg market and key international source markets.
- Work closely with Commercial, Revenue, and Sales teams to drive bookings, increase Average Daily Rate (ADR), and maximize Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
- Oversee PR, Communications, and Media relations to enhance brand reputation and media coverage globally.
3. Data-Driven Marketing & Commercial Insight :
- Establish a robust data analysis framework for marketing performance, including market research, competitive analysis, and guest segmentation.
- Identify key commercial insights to inform marketing strategies, pricing, and product development decisions.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum commercial impact and efficiency.
4. Digital & Technology Mastery :
- Lead the strategy for all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media (paid and organic), CRM, and Email Marketing.
- Oversee the development and user experience (UX) of all brand websites and digital platforms.
- Evaluate and implement the latest marketing technology and tools to enhance guest personalization and operational efficiency.
5. Leadership & Team Development :
- Build, lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing in-house marketing team and manage external agency relationships.
- Act as a thought leader and brand champion internally and externally.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with significant time spent in a senior leadership role within the Hospitality, Luxury Goods, or Multi-Brand Consumer sectors.
- Proven track record of building, launching, and managing complex, multi-category brand portfolios.
- Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of the hospitality commercial landscape (Revenue Management, Distribution, Sales).
- Fluent English required, with professional proficiency in French and/or German being essential for market communication.
- Soft Skills: Creative, progressive thinker, great storyteller, and excellent communicator/influencer.
Desirable Bonus Qualifications :
- MBA in Brand Management, Strategy, or Digital Marketing.
- Significant experience in an international, multi-brand hotel group or a highly successful independent luxury hotel/residence operation.
