(Senior) Business Analyst, SAP Finance & Controlling

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS

• Be the main actor in building the Functional Specifications, customizing our SAP FI-CO Solution, preparing, and executing the test scripts, supporting the business customers in the user acceptance tests
• Analyse and resolve incidents related to SAP Finance & Controlling activities
• Provide Support to SES Finance and Controlling Users and Global Process Owners
• Design and implement new functionalities by configuring the SAP system, ensuring continuous improvement
• Support the SAP Security Engineer in the design of SAP Roles for FI-CO
• Monitor and support SAP FI-CO system (Idocs, batch job execution…) for finance processes
• Contribute to the FI-CO enhancements and related projects

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree in computer science or business information systems or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years industry related experience with SAP FI-CO, and ideally an SAP S/4HANA FI-CO certification or equivalent
• Strong SAP FI-CO knowledge to be able to design and configure SAP solutions
• Knowledge of other SAP modules (like MM, SD or Treasury)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Azure DevOps is an advantage
• Previous exposure to SAP Fiori & SAP Concur is an advantage
• Fluency in English, any other language is considered as an asset

OTHER KEY REQUIREMENTS / COMMENTS

• Willingness to travel internationally when needed
