About the Role:
For our Ferrero Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Master Data Specialist who will support the Head of Master Data and Operations Supports of the Kinder Surprises Operations.
Main Responsibilities:
Thanks to your attention to detail and structured way of working, you will handle the creation and maintenance of purchase and sales orders, stock transfers, and purchase requisitions with accuracy and consistency. You will demonstrate a proactive attitude in managing daily operational tasks and maintain a zero-mistakes mindset to ensure smooth and reliable processes.
You will oversee daily transport flows, detecting and correcting issues in coordination with relevant teams. Through your collaboration with internal departments, group companies, and external partners, you will contribute to efficient communication and effective issue resolution. Your ability to stay organized and solution-oriented will help maintain seamless operations across all touchpoints.
You will also take part in project development by preparing weekly reports, tracking progress, and supporting project follow-up. Your involvement in preparing certificates and documentation will help ensure clarity and compliance throughout the process.
Who we are looking for:
Thanks to your background in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, you bring a structured mindset and an eye for detail to every task. Your experience, ideally between 1 and 3 years in operational activities within a multinational or FMCG environment, has helped you develop a practical understanding of how to manage complexity across different markets and cultures.
You will rely on your strong analytical skills and result-oriented approach to navigate dynamic and sometimes unstructured contexts. Your flexibility, proactive attitude, and ability to stay focused on accuracy will support you in maintaining a “zero mistakes” mindset while managing multiple priorities.
With solid command of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, you feel confident handling data and presentations. Familiarity with SAP systems would be an advantage.
Fluency in English is essential for this role, and knowledge of other languages—such as French or Italian—would be appreciated.
