BANKING & FINANCE | LEGAL INTERN
JANUARY TO JUNE 2027
Your Role
From day one, you will be fully integrated into our Banking & Finance team and actively involved in ongoing matters. Working closely with associates, counsels and partners, you will gain hands-on exposure to sophisticated legal work and international transactions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting associates, counsels and partners on a broad range of Banking & Finance matters;
- Conducting legal research and preparing analyses in support of ongoing client work;
- Assisting in the drafting and review of finance documents, legal memo and client
deliverables;
- Supporting financing transactions throughout their lifecycle, including due diligence, signing and
- closing processes;
- Preparing reports, transaction summaries and corporate documentation;
- Participating in client meetings and internal training sessions;
- Contributing to the team’s know-how and knowledge management projects.
Through our international client base and global CMS network, you will work on a wide variety of matters in a truly multicultural and dynamic environment.
Your profile
- You are pursuing or have completed a Master's degree (Master 1, Master 2, LLM or equivalent)
- in Law;
- You have a strong interest in Banking & Finance and business law;
- You are looking for a traineeship of 3 to 6 months, with a preference for 6-month internships;
- You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken; German would be an asset;
- You demonstrate excellent analytical, drafting and research skills;
- You are curious, proactive, organised and eager to learn;
- You enjoy working as part of a team and thrive in an international environment.
