Main responsibilities (non-exhaustive list):
- Provide general administrative, analytical, and project support to the Network Integration & Partnerships team.
- Contribute to the team's day-to-day interactions with Network Partners (local insurers) and assist in preparing internal communications, updates, and newsletters to enhance awareness and understanding of network activities.
- Support the maintenance, data quality, and continuous improvement of the CRM system.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of KPI reports, including drafting commentary and insights to support performance monitoring and evaluation.
- Conduct market and business performance analyses, prepare information packs for Network Partners and internal stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of the Document Management System, including requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, and testing.
- Assist in managing relationships with Network Partners and communicating company initiatives.
- Support the organization of partner events, meetings, and governance activities.
- Assist with the review and management of contractual documentation and standard templates.

Desirable Qualifications & Background
- Currently completing bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, economics or a related field.
