International Corporate Bank in Luxembourg is seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer to join the Compliance function and work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer.
Long-term succession opportunity: the position offers a clear path to broader management responsibilities within the Compliance function.
The role is primarily focused on regulatory compliance, including:
- CRD/CRR framework
- MiFID requirements
- Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP)
- CSSF, ECB and EBA regulations
- Regulatory change management
- Direct interaction with regulators and external auditors
- Advisory support to senior management and business teams
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the bank's regulatory framework, assessing new regulatory requirements, overseeing compliance risks, and supporting regulatory inspections and supervisory interactions.
Requirements
- 7/10 YOE in Regulatory Compliance within banking
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg and European banking regulations
- Proven experience with CSSF interactions and regulatory projects
- Experience within a Corporate Banking environment preferred
- Background in Second Line of Defence (LOD2)
