Arendt Investor Services (AIS) is the investor services’ arm of Arendt. We help clients to efficiently run the operational side of their business, bringing peace of mind to investors. Our services complement Arendt’s legal expertise and regulatory & consulting services. We are a Professional of the Financial Sector (PFS) supervised by the CSSF and ISO 22301 certified.

The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).

Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting:

Intern - Transfer Agency 

The Transfer Agency Intern supports the Transfer Agency team in the day-to-day administration of investment funds. The intern will gain practical experience in investor onboarding, transaction processing, investor record maintenance, compliance procedures, and fund operations within a regulated environment.

Your role:

  • Assist with investor onboarding and AML/KYC documentation collection.

  • Maintain investor static data and records in internal systems.

  • Support subscription, capital call, and distribution processing.

  • Assist with maintaining the investor register and processing transactions.

  • Archive and organize investor documentation.

  • Support compliance and internal control procedures.

  • Assist with audit requests and reporting activities.

  • Use internal systems and Microsoft Office tools to perform daily tasks.

Your profile:

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Previous internship or academic exposure to finance, investment funds, or administration is an asset.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Interest in investment funds and financial services.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good organizational skills.

  • Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Professional and confidential approach to handling information.

  • Team-oriented mindset.
