ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager (m/f) to join one of our client teams onsite in Luxembourg within a European institutional environment.
You will contribute to the implementation of a digital platform supporting regulatory compliance processes and the consolidation of existing tools and manual workflows. Working closely with business users and technical partners, you will combine business analysis with day-to-day project coordination activities.
THE WORK:
- Work closely with business users to clarify and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and communicate requirements to the solution integrator.
- Support the alignment between business users and technical stakeholders throughout the project.
- Contribute to testing activities and validation of the delivered solution.
- Prepare materials and updates for Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings.
- Organize and facilitate regular project follow-up meetings.
- Monitor and report project issues, progress, and key activities.
- Support the implementation of digitalized and automated regulatory compliance processes.
Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen collaboration.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management within IT projects.
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into user stories.
- Experience working closely with business users and technical teams or solution integrators.
- Experience supporting testing and project coordination activities.
- Ability to prepare project reporting and contribute to Steering Committee meetings.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English.
