Your next challenge:
- Act as one of the key points of contact for staff and answer various queries regarding training (by telephone, via the shared mailbox, etc.)
- Help organise the logistics of training courses: setting up sessions, sending out invitations, managing attendance lists, preparing rooms, etc.
- Track staff attendance at training courses and update the relevant systems.
- Manage the training calendar
- Assist the team in creating and formatting internal training modules using tools (Rise 360).
- Support HR teams with various training programmes and initiatives.
- Ensure that HR systems (Cornerstone) are updated with regard to training data.
- Enter data and generate reports in tools such as Cornerstone and Asset Manager, etc.
- Assist with the preparation of the INFPC report.
- Support the HR department and the bank in the digitalisation and automation of HR processes/tasks using various tools: Cornerstone, RPA, HR Chatbot, etc.
- Help to formalise and standardise current HR processes in order to improve the department's efficiency and responsiveness.
- Support staff in using the Human Resources department's tools.
Your skills:
- You are a student in your third, fourth or fifth year of a Human Resources-focused degree programme.
- You are independent, organised, show initiative and are trustworthy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- You have a perfect command of French and English; German or Luxembourgish would be an advantage.
