Your next challenge:
- Develop your book of clients, with a defined growth strategy, fostering on building both long-term and trustworthy relationships with professional intermediaries, leveraging our full wealth management service's offering
- Manage and consolidate client relationships (B to B) with professional intermediaries, including fiduciaries, law firms, (Multi) Family Offices, economic advisors, etc., and be the primary point of contact for intermediaries as well as for end clients (B to C relationship).
- Cultivate existing relationships with professional intermediaries and end-clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, and driving business growth through this existing client base.
- Leverage the right internal experts (i.e. Credit Structurer, Wealth Planner, Investment Officer, etc.) and collaborate across business lines to secure business leads.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of the current market conditions to detect and/or anticipate possible commercial opportunities for the customers
- Attend internal and external events to develop your network and client's portfolio
- Analyze and/or reanalyze client files (mostly financial companies in the broad sense) to ensure that all regulatory aspects are duly fulfilled/compliant and, if necessary, collect and analyze all elements that enable a thorough remediation of our clients' files (KYC).
- Present (after thorough and meticulous analysis) the files that require it to the relevant committees.
- Collect, document, and understand the transactions carried out by clients (KYT).
- Manage more complex files (and/or wealthier clients, more complex investment products). Handle credit requests and present files to the relevant committees (CDC/CDE, etc.).
Your deliverables:
- Organize appointments and points of contact (regular client calls and visits).
- Provide advice to clients regarding the existing offerings (on all products offered by the bank). Help clients navigate financial offerings. Provide guidance on the existing offerings.
- Document all client information in CRM, including details about upcoming client events (e.g., contract signings, new investments).
- Master and comply with banking processes and regulatory obligations (KYC, AML, KYT, FIDLEG) and stay informed of all regulatory changes.
- Update the client's risk profile.
- Keep client records up to date (KYC, AML, etc.).
- Ensure consistency in the level of service provided by all CST members.
- Coordinate client events (conferences and sponsored activities, etc.) and organize key actions to acquire new clients.
- Share knowledge with more junior profiles by coaching them on office tools or bank programs, and as needed on specific products.
Your skills:
- Education: Master's degree in Finance (or equivalent experience in the field)
- A strong existing network and client base
- Excellent command of French and English
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar function
- Good commercial sense / client and results orientation
- Good knowledge of the economic, legal, tax, and regulatory environment.Basic knowledge of Wealth Planning / Credit Structuring, etc.
- Computer skills: T24, Salesforce, MS Office
- High analytical capacity, especially regarding KYC/AML, etc.
- Strong team spirit
- Organizational autonomy
