Senior Program Manager – Smart Building & Digital Infrastructure
Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead a major technology programme related to the delivery and operational readiness of a future headquarters in Luxembourg.
You will operate at the intersection of IT, Facilities, Construction, Workplace, Security, business teams and external technology vendors, ensuring that all technology workstreams are aligned with the overall building programme.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the end-to-end technology programme associated with the new headquarters.
- Own and coordinate the integrated master plan across IT, Facilities, Construction, Security, Workplace and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate multiple internal teams, external vendors and technology providers.
- Oversee the delivery and integration of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, workplace technologies, meeting-room solutions, access control, CCTV, visitor management and digital signage.
- Coordinate Smart Building and IoT integrations.
- Manage dependencies between building infrastructure and IT systems.
- Coordinate technical design validation and ensure alignment between technology requirements and the construction programme.
- Drive programme governance, including planning, milestones, RAID management, dependencies, budget follow-up, vendor management and stakeholder reporting.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, migration and cutover activities.
- Ensure full operational readiness ahead of employee move-in.
- Manage the transition through go-live and hypercare, ensuring continuity of critical services.
- Act as the central coordination point between technical teams, business stakeholders and programme leadership.
Your Profile
- 10+ years of experience in senior Project / Program Management roles.
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-workstream technology programmes.
- Strong experience with new building, headquarters relocation, office relocation, Smart Building, Digital Workplace and/or major infrastructure transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and workplace technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors, senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong programme governance, communication, coordination and risk-management capabilities.
- Experience managing programmes through design, construction, testing, migration, cutover and operational readiness.
- Previous experience within a large corporate, financial-services or similarly complex environment is highly relevant.
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex environment involving both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
