WINDOWS SERVER HARDENING

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to redesign the Reservation Module of eTravel, an internal passenger flight reservation application used by Cargolux employees and, by proxy, their family members and guests. The current UI is outdated, has generated user complaints, and insufficiently supports new features and mobile usage. Over time, the module has grown complex, with intertwined features; the consultant will be expected to decouple these and design clear, streamlined workflows.

The objectives are to improve usability and user experience, reduce user‑induced errors and incidents (primary KPI), modernize the UI, and deliver a responsive design for web, tablet, and mobile. Core deliverables include user research, user flows, low‑fidelity wireframes, and high‑fidelity UI designs, with value placed on prototypes, reusable components, and developer handover. The solution must be feasible for a React frontend.

Objectives
