Officer Talent Attraction

Task responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding for employees of the Headquarters in Luxembourg
• Recruit profiles across all divisions of the company e.g. maintenance and engineering, global logistics, flight operations, finance, corporate
• Coordinate the entire recruitment process, e.g. analyze applications, arrange and conduct interviews, ensure proper follow-up 
• Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements
• Ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within a targeted time
• Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, recruitment events, school visits
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment related projects

• Maintain accounts and post positions on pre-selected recruitment sites

Essential Requirements For The Position:

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Human Resources, Psychology or any other relevant field
• At least 2 -3 years of experience in a recruiter position or similar 
• Experience in conducting in-depth interviews and end to end recruitment 
• Effective collaboration and proactive support/ guidance to colleagues
• Clear and open communication including active listening 
• Ability to build trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently

• Ability to deal sensitively with confidential data
• Fluency in written and spoken English, French and/or German, other languages are a distinct advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

• Knowledge of a recruitment software will be considered as an advantage

• Flexible with working hours (in accordance with our collective work agreement)
• A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
