This merger opens up exciting new opportunities to work on larger, more complex programmes, expanded international markets, and end-to-end satellite payload technology solutions.

Following this exciting evolution and growth, we are now seeking a motivated, dynamic, and enthusiastic E-CAD engineer to work directly on our cutting-edge NewSpace products

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Electronics engineering team to complete schematic and PCB board designs layouts ranging from simple to complex, multi-layer printed circuit boards containing Analog, Digital, Radio Frequency and Power Electronic components
• Drawing input in collaboration with the Electronics engineering team
• Design electronic cards layout
• Liaise with PCB vendors to select proper materials, stack-ups, obtain impedance specifications, design rule sets, assembly requirements and resolve any manufacturing related issues
• Work closely with mechanical design team and in-house production department
• Create and manage PCB documentation including fabrication and assembly packages
• Work with document control department to release fabrication and assembly packages into company-wide PLM system
• Create and maintain schematic symbols and PCB footprints among multiple libraries

Preferred skills

• Knowledge of the Electronic Design Automation (EDA)/Computer Assisted Design (CAD) tool (Altium, Cadence …)
• Familiarity with database management
• Experience with other EDA tools and eventually script development
