IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN - L2 (M/F)
Experis is currently looking for an IT Support Technician – L2 (m/f) to join an outstanding environment on behalf of a major real estate client based in Luxembourg.
Your responsibilities
As an IT Support Technician – Level 2, you will have the chance to put your skills to the test and make a real impact. Your responsibilities will be as follow:
- Provide level 2 technical support to users.
- Configure and deploy workstations and monitor the operation of the network.
- Create and maintain documentation and procedures to ensure that the IT environment runs smoothly.
Your profile
- Degree in Computer Science and significant experience as a Support Technician, particularly for VIP clients.
- Be comfortable working in an O365 environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze, synthesize, and adapt.
- Fluency in French and proficient in English.
